About Ana
Hello! My name is Ana and I love all things fashion! I’m currently completing my Associates in Fashion Design with a Certificate in Fashion Merchandising. In the fall, I will be attending LIM College in NYC, earning a degree in Visual Studies. My love for fashion started as a young girl. I always enjoyed picking my own outfits, playing around with different patterns, textures, and accessories. As a teenager, I fell in love with thrifting and I discovered the world of upcycling. I am a huge environmentalist, and I was devastated to learn the impact the fashion industry has on the environment. It was then I decided that I wanted to work to make the fashion world more sustainable. I have an extensive background in sustainable fashion design, participating in multiple fashion shows including New York Fashion Week and Newark Fashion Week, where I showcased my upcycled designs. I also have a deep love for vintage fashion and the idea of giving garments a second life. I sell my own pieces, but I also love curating a good thrifted wardrobe. All in all, I love learning and experiencing new things. My next step is developing my brand where I will continue to push my values and work to change the fashion industry for the better.
